Jugraj Singh’s Breakthrough in Hockey
Encouraged by his elder brother, Jugraj started playing hockey at the age of seven. His talent was evident early on, and he continued to hone his skills despite financial difficulties.
His breakthrough moment came in the Hockey India League 2025, where he emerged as the league’s top scorer, netting 12 goals in the tournament. His hat-trick in the final against Hyderabad Toofans cemented his reputation as a rising star in Indian hockey.

“The HIL gave me confidence. If given a chance, I will carry this momentum into the FIH Pro League and give my absolute best for India.”
His long-term goals include:
